This full day workshop will ask questions about and explore the principles of movmnt through , games, drills, and movement tools. Helping all participants in the development of their Fighting Monkey Practice.

-what questions every movement centered practice should ask.
-alignment and structure and how they both relate to the 3 body weight centers and the feet.
-the principles that are present in all forms of movement and how to recognize and work/play with them in our own Practice.

Aswad Foster has taught movement (in many of it's various forms) in the L.E.S. for nearly 20 years. He is a senior student of the Fighting Monkey Practice and coaches track, soccer and flag football using the principles learned from that Practice.

Aswad currently teaches Movement and Stillness sessions in the lower east side of Manhattan, NYC for T.R.U. Movmnt.

Most, if not all of the exercises that can be performed with kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, weight vests, and/or barbells can be performed with the Bulgarian Bag. The Bag also offers movements that cannot be duplicated with any other tool that can allow an athlete to move in all three planes of motion during a single movement! Everyone can benefit from the unique training techniques.


-Learn the proper techniques and how to execute our four major dynamic exercises and muscle target exercises.
-Progress and regress exercises for all levels of fitness.
-How the Bulgarian Bag is an incredibly versatile tool can be used in any environment to increase muscular strength and endurance, increase anaerobic capacity, neuromuscular drive, speed, agility and overall core strength.
-Categorize exercises in movement patterns such as Spinning, Snatching or Throwing and design workouts to maximize carryover to other sports or activities.
-The Bulgarian Bag elements.
-Learn basic program design for use with athletes, individuals and/or groups.
-Learn how to use the Bulgarian Bag as a warm up tool
-Learn how to use the Bulgarian Bag as a cool down tool


Upon completion of a Dynamic Movement with the Bulgarian Bag Course- Level Suples Fit (1), you will be a Bulgarian Bag Qualified Trainer. You will receive an electronic version of your certificate, which can be printed for your records. The provider and number of credits can be found on your certificate and redeemed on the provider’s website.

Dynamic Movement with the Bulgarian Bag Course- Level Suples Fit (1) will receive CEU’s from the following organizations: NASM 0.8, AFAA 8.25 and NSCA 0.9.

The Level 1 certification is the entry point to understanding Revolutionary Fitness's philosophy and training foundations. The course includes lecture, movement instruction, as well as written and physical evaluation.

The People's Trainer Certification Level 1 (RFT) is an introductory course on our philosophy, methodology, concepts, background and natural movement training. The program includes lectures on: Our political orientation and goals in the fitness industry, an introduction to Natural Movement concepts and modalities, coaching & teaching strategies, dietary & lifestyle recommendations and how to create alternative fitness models that service those in the most need.

The course includes both lecture based sessions, group conversations and exchanging of ideas and tons of physical play. All our certifications take place primarily outdoors, so interaction with the environment is key.

Best practices are discussed at the end of the workshop, as well as strategies for teaching Revolutionary Fitness clasess in multiple environments and scaling for any fitness level.
