Class & Student Policy

Spring 2017 updates

Class Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Classes can be reserved online using our mind body online schedule, or in person on your next studio visit. Reservations must be made in advance to reserve your place in class (7 day reservation window). If a reservation is "early cancelled" the class is credited back to your monthly cycle.  Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. New students must first receive their "Warrior Rank" before being able to attend the 6pm & 7pm classes.

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you will be notified if accepted into the class. If you are a staff member you must forfeit your spot in the class for a standard member. (more details on staff memberships below)

Classes booked are subject to a one-hour cancellation window. You must cancel your reservation online or in the studio. If not canceled in the appropriate time you will be "late canceled" resulting in you losing the class credit from your monthly cycle. Three "late cancelations" in a monthly cycle will result in a $10 penalty charge to your following monthly dues.

*Special Morning Class Policy

Please make sure you sign up for the 6:30 am classes no later than 10pm the night before. If we see that no one has signed up for class by that time, the class will be canceled out of the system for the following morning. The class will happen even if only one person signs up but we won't open up if no one shows up for class.

Studio Policy & Etiquette

First time students are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. For safety reasons, students cannot join the class after 15 minutes of instruction has begun. You must check in with the front desk every time you arrive at the studio whether it is for a class or open gym session.

Late Arrivals

Revolutionary Fitness allows a 15 minute grace period, students who arrive even one minute after the grace period will not be allowed to participate in class for safety reasons. Student/Guest Code of Conduct

The Revolutionary Fitness staff is committed to providing a high quality environment for all students. We are dedicated to maintaining an environment in which each student can feel safe and respected. In order to assure a positive experience, students are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in Revolutionary Fitness programs and its facilities. The following standards of conduct apply to all students during their program participation as well as to all guests during their visit to the Revolutionary Fitness studio. Students are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff.

Staff Membership Class Policy

Staff members are committed to creating the best experience for our members. As a result if you are a staff member or receiving a staff discount on your membership their are extra considerations for class reservations;

Do not reserve your space in a 6pm & 7pm class until a 2-hour window before the class is scheduled to happen.

If there is a standard member waiting to get into a 6pm & 7pm class, we ask that you please forfeit your participation in the class for the member.

Warrior Rank

Our classes are progressive in nature, meaning that we build up skills each class progressing our student based to a stronger and better version of themselves. While in many of our classes we are able to scale this progression to every fitness level, in our 6pm & 7pm classes we don't have the ability to review basics because of the heavy student flow during those hours. So we restrict these classes only to students who have achieved Warrior Rank and received their red wrist bands.

In order to receive ones Warrior Rank they must show proficiency four Kettlebell Movements and/or four MovNat movements, those movements are as follows;

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Kettlebell Cleans
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squat
  • Kettlebell Press
  • Forward Balancing
  • Tap Swinging
  • Foot-Hand Crawling
  • Broad Jumps

A People's Trainer must give you clearance on these movements before going to a 6pm & 7pm class. We have created six free introductory classes throughout the week to aid students in achieving this Warrior Rank and receiving their red wrist band. You must wear your red wrist band to attend a 6pm & 7pm class.
