How long are your contracts?
Your monthly contribution with be automatically deducted from your account. There is a 6-month agreement for all our memberships, so if you wish to discontinue your contribution earlier than the 6-month period you must pay a $50 cancellation fee. If you wish to freeze your contribution on any given month, you can do so for a $10/month charge.
How do I cancel service?
Canceling Revolutionary Fitness Memberships is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It's done same day once you contact our Operations Director Jenny Deida.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
I've read about your memberships plans but I'm not 100% sure yet that I want to join. Is there some sort or trial period that you offer?
There is no trial period but if you are new to RevFit you get one complimentary class to try out our services and you can cancel your membership at any time.
What does access to the Online Content include?
We are producing 2-3 blogs per week and a weekly podcast but there is also content that will be made exclusive only to members of the RevFit Community. Starting in April 2015 we will be posting multiple Plant Strong recipes a week, a monthly 30-minute webinar and a weekly video Q&A session with one of our People’s Trainers.
Are the 30min Health Assessments and 60min Skype Consultation done on a monthly basis and what do they include?
Depending on the type of membership you have, you will receive these additional services each month cycle. If you do not use this service in a given month, it will not roll over but be voided. You can choose which People’s Trainer you prefer to work with but it will ultimately depend on staff availability.
I noticed that Volunteers have a discounted rate. What are the requirements to become a RevFit Volunteer?
Volunteers are automatically enrolled in our Volunteer Appreciation Program which grants them a discounted rate on membership and educational services. To learn more about the program refer to the section above or contact our Operations Director Jenny Deida.
Besides pricing, what's the difference between Small Group Training and the General Fitness classes?
Our general fitness classes are of a drop-in nature and open to anyone regardless of fitness level or exercise knowledge. Our Small Group Training classes are specialized classes, using devices that take some requisite training. These SGTs also have a small, semi-private structure with a capacity of no more than 8-12 participants and a lot of personalized attention from our People’s Trainers.
Members receive a discount on Courses and Workshops, what are some examples?
We regularly host educational workshops on various topics related to our four pillars; Holistic Movement Training, Fitness Justice, Plant Strong Nutrition and Warrior Restoration. Additionally we have a four-month intensive certification program called the Phoenix Education Program.
