WHAT IS THE CLASS CANCELATION POLICY?
All Revolutionary Fitness classes are required to have a minimum of three participants in order for the scheduled class to take place. If this minimum is not meet or if any unforeseen obstacles prevent a teacher from teaching a scheduled class, the class will be canceled and all participants will receive a email notification about the cancelation.
There will be at least 2 hours of notice prior to a cancelation. If at a affiliate studio, the studio will still be accessible for OPEN GYM, unless an additional notice is sent out stating otherwise.
Due to the low cost of our services and the probono nature that many of our trainers are working on, this is the only cost effective way to continue to provide our services and support the integrity of our trainer staff.
If you aim to cancel your registration for a given class without charge, you must let us know prior to the class starting. We ask as a courtesy that you try and give us at least two hours notice for a cancelation.
DO I HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER FOR CLASSES?
You are in no way mandated to pre-register for classes but it is HIGHLY recommended. Classes have limited capacity and if reached, you will be turned away from accessing the class if you have not pre-registered. Also if you are not registered for the class you will not receive notification of any potential cancelations, rescheduling or substitutions. Also our trainers monitor attendees to particular classes and adjust the class based off of the needs of the participants, so when you register early enough it helps are staff prep for your needs.
Our recommendation is that you register as early in advance as your schedule permits but 48 hours is a good practice.
HOW LATE CAN I BE FOR A CLASS/SESSION?
There is a 15 min grace period to show up for a given class or session. This means that you are present and ready to begin your class or session no later than 15 minutes after its scheduled start time. If you show up past this 15 minute grace period you forfeit your session or will be turned away from being able to attend that given class and will be late canceled.
HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your membership in accordance with the following terms:
You may freeze your membership twice per contractual 6-month period for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) consecutive months in one-month increments for a fee of $10 per month, payable in advance.
I AM PREGNANT AND I WANT TO FREEZE/CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
Congratulations, we offer tons of options for pregnant persons, so definitely ask us about all these services. If your doctor feels you are medically unable to use the club during your pregnancy, you can request a medical freeze/cancelation at no charge. You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time of requesting a pregnancy freeze/cancelation.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you are at the end of your 6-month contract of membership, you may cancel for any reason and without any additional charge. You can cancel at a studio with someone in member services by giving the appropriate notice, filling out a cancellation form and paying any pro-rate existing to stop your billing. You will get a copy of the form as a receipt that the process is complete. If going into the studio is not convenient, you can send a letter via registered mail to your affiliate location. We will cancel the membership based on the appropriate amount of days notice, collect a pro-rate, and stop your billing. The post office will send you confirmation that we’ve received your letter as receipt of cancellation.
If you are INSIDE your six months of membership, you may cancel with at least 5-days notice of the next billing cycle for the following reasons: relocation or medical. If not for one of these two approved reasons, you will be required to pay a $50 early cancelation fee.
RELOCATION: If you relocate more than 25 miles away from any Revolutionary Fitness affiliate, you may cancel your membership with proof of relocation, such as a utility bill, lease or deed to a house, or a letter from your human resources department stating you have been relocated to another region.
MEDICAL: If your doctor finds you medically unable to workout for more than four months, we will just need a letter from your physician. They do NOT need to give us specifics, just their medical opinion that you are unable to work out for at least four months. You may deliver this note in person to your affiliate's Member Service rep and fill out a cancellation form, or you may send the doctor’s note with your request that your membership be canceled to your affiliate location. Please include your most recent contact information in case we need to follow up with you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
No. All cancellations must be done in club with a member service rep or via registered or certified mail. Cancellations are processed this way to ensure you will get a receipt that your cancellation was received.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FREEZING AND CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP?
A freeze is appropriate when you know approximately how long you will be gone. For example, if you will be away on business for three months, or your doctor feels your injury should be healed in less than four months, a freeze is the option you should choose. It is a defined amount of time without billing, or studio usage, and your billing will automatically restart at the end of the freeze. Remember, if you are requesting a medical or pregnancy freeze, we will need medical documentation.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANY SERVICES?
All sales on memberships, products, and all other services are final. Memberships are all six-months in length. Sessions expire three months from the date of purchase.
HOW CAN I USE MY REVOLUTIONARY FITNESS GIFT CARD?
You may use Revolutionary Fitness Gift Cards to purchase eligible merchandise and pay for services at any Revolutionary Fitness affiliate. You may not use the Promotional Card to pay for membership dues.
IS THE MINDBODY APP AVAILABLE FOR APPLE/ANDROID SMARTPHONES/DEVICES?
CAN I REFER SOMEONE TO REVOLUTIONARY FITNESS?
You earn a $19 credit towards your membership dues for any friend you refer upon their purchase of a membership.
DO YOU GET CREDIT FOR REFERRING SOMEONE WHO USED TO BE A MEMBER?
The $19 credit offer is only valid for referrals who become new Revolutionary Fitness members, guest passes do not qualify. Former members who are referred and re-join will not be eligible for the $19 credit.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE REFERRAL CREDIT FOR MY FRIEND JOINING?
You should see your referral reward on the billing cycle after the day your friend joins. You must be an active member to receive referral rewards.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
An Revolutionary Fitness member that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 12-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes via your MINDBODY account, or by contacting your trainer directly. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the member on or before the date of the session. If a member has no session inventory, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the member’s credit card on file with Revolutionary Fitness under the membership agreement. In addition, charges for sessions which are used by a member but not otherwise paid for will be charged to the member’s credit card on the day the session is used.
Revolutionary Fitness may offer discounts on sessions to members who purchase a package of sessions. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions.
All sales are final. Session expire three months from the date of purchase.
